		<description>While overall, I thought there were some good points, I think my biggest issue with the list is that it seemed to indicate a bit of assumption about the quality (read: price-range) of the eating establishment.  And possibly assumptions about a 1:1 waiter:table ratio.

Also, some of the entries were a bit head-scratching if not downright self-contradictory: the waiter should not interrupt conversation at the table, but the waiter shouldn&#039;t leave the table unattended too long. 
So ... is the waiter supposed to perform mime in the event that the self-absorbed diners are too engrossed in their conversation to notice him?

I&#039;d like to see a list of 100 &lt;em&gt;patron&lt;/em&gt; do&#039;s and don&#039;ts!</description>
